We left without spending the night because we couldn't imagine staying after being treated with such disregard. We booked as a group expecting a nice stay, but the manager didn't honor any of the arrangements we'd agreed on. When we tried to sort things out, she was dismissive and incredibly rude. Awful experience, false promises. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere that values its customers. Not even one star worthy, tbh.

We booked rooms for 16, but they weren't ready. We waited until 9:00 PM and were then told the rooms still weren't available. Even the backup rooms they offered had already been taken. In the end, all 16 of us were squeezed into a room meant for 9, and the manager still charged us for all 16. Totally disorganized and unprofessional. This place is a joke, don't waste your money.

Late at night we were desperately searching for another hotel after a booking mistake turned into a mess. We tried talking it through with the manager and working out a solution, but she made promises she didn't keep. That felt really untrustworthy and unprofessional for a “4 star” hotel. Worst experience I've had, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We were a group of 14 and weren't given enough rooms for everyone, so we left the hometel that evening. The manager was rude and unhelpful, didn't keep her promises, and wasn't willing to compensate us for the shortcomings. A very unpleasant experience.

We had a day tour that went really well, and the owners took us to the shopping mall and airport at no extra cost. They were keen to make sure we enjoyed their home and city. We stayed a couple of nights and found the neighborhood quiet and safe, with good views of Mayon Volcano. Amazing hospitality.
