We were expecting more choice for ₱599, especially since the Valentine’s Day buffet was meant to run until 10:00 PM. By 8:00, several dishes were already running low and nobody had refilled them. Fish fillet, a little pasta, and rice were what we found. This was our second visit, and the value and service left us disappointed. I hope they use this feedback to improve future buffets.

The staff weren't nice, and when we spoke to the manager we overheard them making fun of us. The buffet had hardly any food, just one dish and one pasta, and what was available wasn't good. I'm so disappointed. This is the first time I've ever left bad feedback, but I really can't recommend this resort.

The location is tucked away and difficult to find, and it's a long way from the tourist spots. The room was dusty and much smaller than the photos made it look. It seems like the hotel is all about appearances. I'd stay somewhere else.

A nice place to get away. The function rooms are kept up well, and there's dedicated parking. The food was great, and the staff were gracious and always ready to help.

We were unsure about booking because of the bad reviews, but decided we'd only know by trying it. No regrets at all. The rooms were affordable, spotless, and smelled really good, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for the kids to enjoy. We felt like VVIPs because the staff were so hospitable. The food was so good we kept craving more, and there's complimentary coffee for everyone too. It was a pleasant stay, well beyond what we expected. They could pass for a 3-star hotel. We'll definitely come back.
