The room was clean and came with a bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a safe, though no drinking water was provided. It was also almost capsule-sized. Breakfast was a basic Filipino and Western buffet, and the staff did their best to provide good service. The noise was the real problem. The new building's windows seemed to have no sound insulation at all, and during Sinulog, venues on the street competed to be loud until 2 am at best. I could still hear people laughing, car horns, and the usual noisy mufflers even with the best earplugs. It was one of the noisiest places I've stayed in the country, and sleeping felt like being on the sidewalk.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the area, and I liked the hotel's vibe and location. The receptionist was helpful, and sir Van (I don't know the spelling of his name) was especially friendly and accommodating. The room lighting made it cozy, and the bathroom was very clean. A bidet was the one thing missing. I'd book here again when I come back to Cebu.

The room rate is pretty reasonable compared with other hotels I've stayed in around the Philippines. You can also rent a microwave or a small refrigerator for 500 pesos a month. There isn't a bidet, which feels odd to me, and the walls don't block sound, so you can hear neighbors talking.

The coworking space gets pretty busy during the day, and I stopped by a few times to get something to eat. The food was pretty good. It's a brand new hotel and coworking space, and my room was comfortable, very clean, and in great condition.
