MC Hotel Lingayen

The staff were great, though they need to communicate everything at once instead of giving information one issue at a time. The location was a highlight, with lots of places to eat just outside the front door. The rooms were okay, pretty clean, and generally well maintained, though one of the rooms we rented had a bathroom light that didn't work. There is hot water, but I wouldn't recommend using it because it comes out brownish. Stick with the cold water.

The staff were kind and helpful, and there's an elevator. My room was spacious for one person, and the bed was bigger than I expected. The dim lighting made it feel less homey, though. The TV had only a few channels and the Wi-Fi was very slow. It's in a good business area in the town center, just steps from a police station, convenience stores, fast food, and a grocery store. Lingayen's tourist spots are quite far away.

The road was quite close to my room, so there was some noise. Still, I had a pleasant stay, with a clean room and a comfortable bed. The location is near the 100 islands.

The room felt overpriced, especially with no breakfast included. Still, the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. Special thanks to Leica and Jheriel for resolving the issue I raised. They were both very professional. Keep up the good work! 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
