Sto. Nino Residences

The staff were friendly, and the subdivision was quiet and felt safe. We were comfortable parking our motorcycle inside the gate. We checked in at one building, then found out we’d be staying in another building at the end of the street. There are no restaurants or stores nearby, and no drinking water was provided, so bring what you need before checking in. Our studio with a kitchen hadn’t been cleaned very well: the bed, TV, and lights were dusty, and the cabinet smelled moldy, with dusty pillows stuffed inside. We stayed just overnight, so it was okay.

It was very dark at night, and the way in was hard to find, narrow, rough, and unpaved. Bring your own toiletries, towels, and bedding. It felt like bedspacer accommodation, and the parking area wasn’t secure.

The room was big enough for our family of five, and the staff were very accommodating. The location was peaceful and convenient. I’d highly recommend it for a short stay, like a seminar or training.

A little dusty, though still clean enough, and there’s no complimentary water. You also can’t get food at the front desk. There’s a restaurant close by, but it opens late and shuts early. The staff are kind and accommodating, though the front desk service could use some improvement. It’s far from everything, so come prepared before checking in. If all you need is somewhere to sleep, it’s a nice spot. They also gave us an extra bed at no added cost.
