When we checked out, they demanded 2600 php for room damage and refused to return our 1000php deposit. They blamed stains on the pillowcases, sheets, and blankets. I said it might be KitKat or a water lip tint and should wash out, but they wouldn’t consider that. Before sleeping, we’d noticed red spots on the pillowcases but didn’t inspect them closely because the room was dark. My sister thought it was water-based gel tint my niece had brought and played with. When we went back to look, the marks were like BLOOD spatter across the cases and sheets. None of us, including the kids, had cuts or wounds, so it couldn’t have come from us. We checked in around 1030PM for one night, left our bags, went to K market, then slept and woke around 1030 AM. It seems obvious they weren’t checking or changing the linens. We slept in a filthy, unsanitary room. The bathroom smelled strongly of pee too, as if it wasn’t cleaned regularly. The reception and housekeeping staff were terrible, rude, arrogant, unhelpful, unfriendly, and unaccommodating. The female receptionist, who said she was the team leader, wouldn’t give her name. Their fees weren’t clear either. Inspect the room before using it if you book here, or you may get a surprise charge at checkout and lose your deposit. Worst hotel.
