We loved how much room the kids had to roam, bike, and wander in their raincoats and boots. Coming from Makati, where they don’t have space to run around like that, it was perfect. The bathtub kept them happily busy for over an hour, and the big TV gave us parents a chance to breathe. The beds and living room were comfortable, and we liked the little patio and kitchenette too. The service and location made us happy, and we’re enjoying our stay. Aquapark and safari are right next door, which works well if you want to visit both with your family. We came during a quieter period, I think, but I can see a lot of potential here. I’d love to see Cafe Ella added to Google Maps, since people often look there for places to go. It’s cozy and peaceful for reading, studying, or just relaxing, and it could bring in visitors who’d then discover the resort. There’s empty space by the villas and cabins that could become vegetable, fruit, and flower gardens, a bit like Sonya’s garden in batangas area. Produce could be sold at a weekend “organic farmers market” or used by the cafe, while the plants would make the grounds feel more alive and less flat. More marketing could help too, perhaps in partnership with aqua planet and safari, encouraging guests to stay overnight and spend a full day at each. A cheaper first night or half off a second night might encourage longer stays and reviews after a good visit, and guests may use more services like the restaurant and rentals. I sometimes wish I wanted to live in Philippines forever, because I’d buy a place like this and turn it into a beautiful garden resort. We highly recommend it, especially for young families.

The rooms were great for the price, especially the 4 BR Villa. It costs about what a 1King room at Hilton does, so it’s better value if you’re bringing family. The lobby ladies were friendly, and the pool was good enough for the kids. But the bathroom drain couldn’t keep up and the floor flooded easily. Maintenance came and told us to use towels to stop the extra water. The restaurant was the real disappointment. Sunday’s breakfast buffet had good service, but our regular breakfast was awful. They were missing about half the menu items, and we waited an hour for coffee and food. We finally left and complained. I’d avoid that restaurant.

We’re a family and have spent New Year’s Eve here for the past three years. It’s convenient for us because we live nearby.

We came for a family reunion and to celebrate our moms’ birthdays, and the staff made them happy. From the front desk to the villa assistants, golf cart drivers, and workers around the Aurora property, everyone was hands-on and attentive to what we needed. Even though it was rainy season, the welcome felt warm as soon as we entered. Inside and outside were lovely to look at, from the atmosphere and pool to the food and clean surroundings. The location is also a big plus for us: right across from Aqua Planet, near Clark Pampanga Airport, and close to essentials, malls, and casinos. Next time we’ll try the mini cart track with the kids and kids at heart. We’d heard earlier feedback about the shower room drainage, and that issue has been addressed. I don’t mind that there’s no TV in the rooms since we mainly want peaceful sleep. We’d recommend Aurora villas and cabin resort, Clark as a convenient five-star hotel experience and a place for families, friends, and loved ones to relax. The service felt as good as a hotel in NCR and exceeded my expectations. It was worth the trip and every penny. Excellent job, Aurora Villas and Cabin Resort management, keep it up.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, though we did run into some unexpected extra charges. If you want a quiet, private retreat and don’t need Instagram-ready corners, this might work for you. There isn’t much to see or do around the property, and the surroundings lack the charm you might find elsewhere. You can pass the time with the basketball court or bikes. Our four-bedroom villa was spacious, new, and spotless, with working air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fridge, but it was on the expensive side. The bathroom drain clogged easily, and from other reviews it sounds like this happens in more than one room. There was no TV, but that didn’t bother us. The pool felt small and not very exciting, maybe because of the design. The cafe food tasted good, though the menu was limited. I’d give it 3.5/5.
