We've been there for a long time, but the person at the front desk is always difficult to talk to and really rude. We complained after he charged my nephew for the pool even though my nephew lives there. He just said, "Sorry," and claimed he didn't know because he was new. He's always texting on his cellphone instead of paying attention. You can see it on the CCTV, he's always holding your cellphone!!!
