We left in the middle of our first night. My mother had bed bug bites on her back, and the other room the staff offered wasn't any better. The sheets and mattresses were damp, the room was dirty, and the towels and sheets had holes. This place needs a full renovation and new supplies. When I first opened the door, I thought it looked awful and nothing like the photos on Instagram. I tried to put that aside because we were on vacation and only needed somewhere to sleep and shower, but after exploring the area we came back late and found the conditions. We had booked through Klook for two double beds and one single, but got two singles and one double. Staff blamed Klook when we asked. The location is close to everything, but getting there means walking down a very dark, sketchy alley that felt scary alone at night. Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby. We paid a little more for another hotel with breakfast every day and two pools overlooking the beach. Island inn was a waste of money. Don't stay here.

For the price, the room was decent and comfortable enough to sleep in, though nothing fancy. It's near the bus drop-off and the front beach, which worked well for me as a solo traveler. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, since those aren't complimentary.

The room was simple but comfortable, and I found a good rate on Trip.com, so it felt like good value. Its best feature is the location, close to D'Mall and lots of restaurants.

The two women in the photos gave us great service, though I'm sorry I can't remember their names. The staff surprised me and my fiance with cake and decorations on the bed when we checked in for my birthday in Boracay. That made the stay feel really special. I stayed at Island Inn Boracay in April 2025. The room was clean and the staff were very kind and accommodating. It's an affordable choice for budget travelers, about a 3-5 minute walk from White Beach rather than beachfront. I'd recommend it. Thank you!
