Swissotel Clark Philippines

The location is convenient for anyone flying in or out of Clark. Swissôtel Clark is modern, clean, and well maintained, with spacious, comfortable rooms that work well for relaxing or getting work done. Staff were polite, attentive, and professional from check-in through checkout, making us feel welcome. Breakfast had a wide range of options, and we enjoyed the dining overall. A very comfortable stay with great service. Highly recommended, and I’d stay again.

The club lounge was excellent, with a comfortable atmosphere, good food options, and attentive service. It felt well worth the upgrade. The kitchen is another highlight: both breakfast and in-house dining were well prepared, with variety and quality that exceeded expectations. Staff were warm and professional, attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern feel and thoughtful layout. The beds were excellent, and it was easy to relax after a long day. The main downside was the bathroom and toilet fixtures, which felt disappointing beside the rest of the room and didn’t quite fit the hotel’s premium positioning.

We liked the room itself, but all the hassles made it hard to enjoy. We’d booked a grand suite for almost PHP 20,000 and expected five-star service, but it didn’t feel worth the cost. The comforter in the room we got late was wet, leaving the bed damp, so we had to ask room service to change it. Check-in was at 3 pm, but our room still wasn’t ready at 3:20. We’d booked two rooms, which helped. Check-in took about 20 minutes, and checkout nearly 10. The room Wi-Fi didn’t work. The IT staff came but couldn’t figure out the issue, so we couldn’t cast to the TV and had to rely on mobile data. Nothing was done to make the stay more comfortable or worthwhile. For that price, we could have booked a cheaper hotel with much better value.

Swissotel made my husband’s birthday getaway feel special by preparing a personalized cake for him when we arrived. Our room was clean, high-tech, and spacious enough for the three of us, including our 13-year-old son. The bathroom was huge, you could dance in there, haha, and I was impressed by the Japanese toilet seat. We had a peaceful, pleasant stay and plan to return for our son’s birthday.
