Hotel Sogo Edsa Cubao

I stayed May 9-11, 2026, in room 703. The room was good, the staff were hospitable, and food prices were reasonable. A few things need attention: there’s no CCTV in the elevator, the bidet pressure can’t be adjusted, and the free food for orders delivered 10 minutes late seemed like false advertising. Mine were all late, so all the food should’ve been free, char! 🤣 Still, the service and stay were good. I’d book again if I return to QC. Thank you Sogo Edsa Cubao!

Check-in and check-out at Hotel Sogo Cubao EDSA were easy, and I had a comfortable, convenient one-night stay in Room 454. Sir General was professional and made sure everything was in order. At the front desk, Faith, Kim, and Kimberly were polite, helpful, and easy to talk to. The room was clean and had what I needed for a short visit. I’d consider coming back.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. My room was spotless, with a really comfortable bed, and the location was just right. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I paid $1716 pesos for two nights, but was made to leave on the second night and got no refund for the night I didn’t stay. Staff told me they thought I was ugly and made the hotel look bad, and that I wasn’t welcome. As a westerner, I felt they hated us. I’d been polite, jovial, and friendly, never rude. The cleaner also accused me of having a woman in my room, which wasn’t true. They demanded I leave, and I did. I’m absolutely heartbroken by how badly I was treated. It’s not fair.
