The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were good. It’s a very secure residential complex, though the corridors are narrow. During my stay, the multi-level parking building was still under construction, so the only parking option was through limited and costly third-party providers.

It’s budget-friendly, with a nice pool and friendly, active guards. My friends and I had a good time taking pictures, which I love doing. It’s also very accessible, with malls, transport, and a convenience store nearby.

I would’ve liked a balcony in the room we rented, but it was fine. There’s an area near Alfamart where the garbage smell hangs in the air. It doesn’t seem healthy or sanitary, and the developers and staff should look into it.

It’s a nice place to stay if you’re booking through Airbnb. But I wouldn’t recommend it before an event like a debut or wedding, since they don’t allow any video recording devices.

A safe, secure place with easy access to public transport, banks, and shopping malls.
