Haeinsa Condotel

Malamok. I spent a week at this condotel and had already paid in advance, so I felt I had no choice but to stay, even though it was very disappointing. I extended for a few more days because I was extremely busy and moving to another hotel felt like too much hassle. The bathroom was poorly maintained. The head shower looked moldy and hadn’t been cleaned well, so I could barely shower comfortably. The worst part, though, was the receptionist’s attitude. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in helping. Even simple questions got an unfriendly response, and I felt like an inconvenience instead of a paying guest. There was no professionalism or hospitality. Don’t be fooled by the overall star rating. If you’re on a very tight budget and can put up with disrespectful service, you might manage here. But if you care about basic courtesy, proper service, and cleanliness, I’d strongly advise spending your money elsewhere. This place doesn’t meet basic standards, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I was here for 7 days and loved it! The AC was great, and they provided Netflix and YouTube. The WiFi gets spotty sometimes, but works great most of the time. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and decent, and already had the necessities: good WiFi, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, refrigerator, TV, aircon, bidet, heated shower, kitchen, table, and cabinet. The receptionist was pleasant and very helpful. I’d book this hotel again.

I stayed for 2 days for board exams, and it was near my testing location at New Era University. The room was big for a solo traveler, clean, and cold, and the staff were accommodating. It’s accessible and quiet, with affordable food and lots of small stores nearby. A good place to stay.
