The staff are pleasant, but the facilities don't match what they advertise. There was no pool, and the pool table was only available for one hour a day. How does a hotel run out of towels? The blankets came back dirty or with blood stains, so I don't know if they were being washed properly. There were cockroaches, flies, and other bugs in the rooms too. For a 13-day stay costing 51,000 pesos, I should be asking for my money back. It's not worth what they're charging. They call this a 4-star hotel, but I'd give it 1 star. I'll never rent here again. I had to give it at least one star to post, though I'd give it none if I could.

The room was cozy and clean, especially the bed, which was very comfortable. WiFi stayed stable, and being right in the heart of Eastwood City made everything easy to reach. We also loved the service. Cheanette helped us during our stay, and Cynthia was very accommodating. Kudos to MaxStays Team. We'll recommend it to our friends and will definitely come back. 👍🏻😄

The receptionist was really friendly and accommodating, and the room was sparkling clean. There’s parking nearby, which is a nice extra, though it can be tricky to find. Ask for directions before you arrive. I’d definitely come back.

The cleaners’ and customer service staff’s rented unit is 32E, and they show no consideration for the neighbors. They constantly blast music with the door open. I’ve complained many times, but they keep doing it. I know which units you rent out. Beware.

It was a good place for the price, and everything else was fine. One guard was disrespectful, though, and his manners really let the stay down.
