I first stayed here in November 2024 and came back in January 2026. The owner communicates well, it’s convenient, and security is good. The downside is the elevator lobby gets very hot while you wait for the lifts, with no air conditioning, so I end up sweating.

Good location and a nice place for two people, with an extra mattress for guests. I paid 55k for three weeks through a bnb app. There are two bathrooms, one in the bedroom and one in the hallway. The only drawback was that the couch was too small.

You can get around easily from here, with transport right outside or just around the corner. The restaurant area of Cubao is close, and the big shopping malls are about a five-minute walk away. The building feels modern and secure, has plenty of recreation facilities, and the views from the upper floors are spectacular.

We stayed in a relative's condo for three nights, and there was plenty of room for the three of us. Gateway Mall is nearby, along with plenty of fast food options, especially Jollibee. Shops and even a supermarket are right outside the tower entrance, so it seems like a good place to settle. I'd stay here again on another trip to Manila and recommend it to anyone moving to Quezon City.
