Cosmo Hotel

I left behind a paper bag with brand new items and went back for it immediately. I’m sure I’d left it there: I had only two bags and a suitcase, and it was the last thing I bought before checkout. The cleaners said they hadn’t seen anything. I found the staff unhelpful and dishonest, and believe my things were stolen and not returned. Don’t book here if you don’t want to stay somewhere where that could happen.

I booked a double bed, but it was small for a double. The receptionist was very rude, too. She said I wasn’t on the guest list without checking properly, then rudely told me to fill out the form. I’ve never encountered a receptionist like that before.

Even as a paid Red Club member, I was charged a 30% parking fee, P180 per night. The parking is on the hotel’s property, right in front, and there are only 4 spaces. There’s no special security, so guests shouldn’t have to pay for parking.

We checked into this suit, found it horrible and honestly disgusting, and left Red Doors Kamuning in less than an hour. It was too uncomfortable to stay even one more hour. I hope this review reaches the management and owner, and that they refund our money.
