OYO 115 Northridge Mansions

The room was cleaner and more spacious than I expected for the price. The pillows were just right, the comforter and linen were comfy, the shower had a heater, and the AC worked. I liked the lights behind the bed too. The windows faced a wall, and the lighting inside was dim enough to make the room feel sad. The TV remote didn't work. A kettle for coffee and a free bottle of water would be useful, and brighter white lights might make the room feel cleaner.

The location works well for public transport, with plenty of space for passengers. The service was nice, and the employees were active in helping out. Their bus seemed well maintained, especially the passenger area.

The guard was the one good part of the stay. He greeted us whenever we crossed paths and even explained how to get around by public transport. We booked through the OYO app, expecting a good deal, but the receptionist was rude from the start. She abruptly told us check-in was at 2 PM without even greeting us, then asked when we were leaving before we'd set down our bags to get our wallets and IDs. Her tone was rude both times, and when I accidentally went toward the elevator, she yelled at me. The floor was sticky, the lights flickered, and there were spiderwebs on the ceiling. I can't remember the guard's name.

I waited a long time, and there was no receptionist available. Then they expected me to search through my room's trash for a stub so I could get my deposit back, even though they hadn't explained that I needed it. The staff handled the problem terribly, and the customer service was awful.
