The large lobby is useful for residents meeting people or receiving deliveries, and the rooms and amenities are standard for condominiums. But the location really doesn’t work for me. It’s right beside the LRT, so anyone in a room facing the line will have a hard time resting. Parking is another problem. There are spaces for only three non-resident cars. Roadside parking isn’t an option either, since the building is only a few strides from an intersection and cars parked there would cause traffic. Visiting someone here would be difficult.

The staff are nice, and this is one of the best university condos for its price and location.

The service is good, but getting to and from your room can drive you crazy. There are only four lifts for a 41-floor building with 27 units on each floor, so you may wait five minutes or more. The lift system is on Auto. It can seem like one is coming to your floor, then it skips it. Residents also travel between floors, which wastes time for people just trying to get to their room or leave the building. Never stay here unless you like waiting around while the lifts take people between floors.

We spent five days in unit 1729 ( Airbnb ). It had nice, complete appliances, but there were lots of small cockroaches and bugs, especially at night. It was a little dirty, and it seemed the nanny they hired didn’t clean well or do her job properly. The elevators at Princeton Residences are very fast, and the staff are nice. It’s also close to the mall, restaurants, and public transportation.
