Winter Hotel by RedDoorz

The rooms were in poor condition, and I didn't feel secure there. I stayed for two days, and the check-in and service were a very disappointing experience. Some staff were rude and seemed unable to accommodate guests properly. I especially want to mention Jenny (or Jane). She argued with guests and raised her voice, which came across as unprofessional. She needs customer service training. Receipts should also be given as soon as payment is made, rather than only when someone asks. I've already reported that issue to the BIR. I hope management takes action and improves the staff's service.

We came as a family to celebrate my parents' birthdays, and the stay turned into a mess. We checked in around 11:00 pm for 24 hours. While we were waiting in the lobby, my dad needed the restroom, so I asked if he could use it. The person I asked replied in an irritated tone, “are y'all checking in.” I let it go since we were tired and I might have misunderstood her. At 11:30, my brother, parents, and I were sitting at the tables by the pool with wine. Guests can use the pool area until midnight, but at 11:45 a woman told us to pack up, even though we weren't in the pool and still had 15 minutes. They put us in room 5004. The sink and toilet were dirty, and the shower didn't work properly, so we ended up using the shower by the pool. It felt like the room was meant for a 3-5 hour stay, possibly for couples, while we were there to have family time. There was a smart TV but no usable WiFi. Even our phones couldn't connect because the signal was so weak, and the TV had the same issue. I had to buy data and share my phone's connection with everyone. What hotel has no working WiFi? My mom's helmet also went missing. We may have been at fault for leaving it on the motorcycle. When we asked for CCTV footage, they told us to come back the next day.

We only spent five hours here, and the room was in bad shape. It smelled, was dirty, and some floor tiles were broken, which made it feel unsafe and poorly maintained. The staff gave us that room even though it clearly needed cleaning and upkeep. If a room is like that, I don't think it should be used. Cleanliness and maintenance need work, especially for that price. I left really disappointed.

The place felt unsafe. Our belongings nearly got stolen, and we noticed a knife stashed on one of our bags. The room was dirty and moldy, with an AC and TV that didn't work and no free WiFi. Staff were rude and unhelpful.
