I’d call it just okay. The two good things are the covered elevated walkway straight to SM North Mall and the high wall between the outside and inside. Still, I saw outside residents coming in with their kids to use the pool and other facilities, and the security guards weren’t controlling the gates. That makes you wonder how secure the place really is.
The one real plus is how close it is to the mall. That’s about it. Unit 3329 wasn’t worth the money: the owner was very hard to reach, and it took two months to process both the RFID and move-in clearance. When we arrived to move in, we sat in the lobby for 3-4 hours because the unit still hadn’t been cleaned. Pests kept showing up, especially in the bathroom, however often we cleaned. My partner even developed vertigo after moving in, and the place just had a bad vibe. We gave proper notice, but our move-out clearance still wasn’t processed. Save your money and avoid renting this unit. NEVER AGAIN.
The view is nice, and the place is clean.
Overrated. The wait for an elevator is unbelievably long, and the security checks, including showing papers, don’t seem like a sufficient system.
