The customer service was outright terrible, and the front desk staff need replacing. The shower was cold to lukewarm every night, the room was small, and the massage on the bed felt very awkward. There were few amenities, and I had to ask for slippers. Laundry was advertised but wasn’t available. Just an average business hotel. I won’t stay here again.

The location is the main reason I might come back. It’s a great spot, with amazing restaurants just a few steps away at the corner of Sgt. Esguerra. The hotel is affordable, clean, and has free parking. Breakfast comes plated at Lin's Kitchen, and I liked that there are separate glasses for bathroom use, handy for brushing your teeth. The standard rooms, especially the twin rooms we got, are tiny. There was barely space for our luggage, so I had to move the seat and tuck it under the table. The water was only lukewarm because they use solar heaters, not electric ones. Our room also had no closet or safety deposit box. Bring your own slippers, and don’t expect the front desk to be friendly. For the price, manage your expectations. I’d recommend it to backpackers or undemanding business travelers who just need somewhere to stay.

I spent five nights here for business. It’s a no-frills budget hotel with a very good location, a comfortable bed, and helpful, courteous staff. I also liked the door security alarm and multilevel parking. The air conditioner was noisy and leaked into the room.

The rooms look nice and the price is cheap, but I definitely won’t be back. There was no hot water for bathing. When I asked reception, they said the heater was broken or under maintenance, or something like that. We booked four rooms and got only four access cards, even though there were four people in each room. We had to beg for more because they said they were fully booked. That’s not our problem. Each room should have enough cards for its guests, especially since you need one for the elevator and to reach your floor and room. Limiting them like this is ridiculous. Reception also tried to charge us extra for one missing towel, then waived it because they couldn’t prove it was missing. Highly not recommended. Booking was made under Janet. /Dave
