Hotel DreamWorld North EDSA

The breakfast buffet was just okay, nothing special and not worth the price. I won't recommend this so-called hotel, which felt more like a boarding house. There was no hot or cold drinking water, no clothes cabinet, no mini-fridge, just a bed and toilet. I'm extremely upset with how we were treated. I booked 8 nights (January 31 to February 1) while undergoing surgery and had specifically asked for separate beds for two adults. Instead, we got one queen-size bed with one blanket. They charged ₱50 per day for an extra blanket. I also needed a mini-fridge for a cold compress for three days, but was told it wasn't available. On the third day I asked for room cleaning while we were at breakfast, and the front desk said housekeeping was only available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN. On the fourth day I was woken at 6:30 AM by repeated doorbell ringing next door, with staff loudly calling “room service.” That was completely unacceptable. Whatever you request or say, they treat you poorly and ignore you for the rest of your stay. Booking here was a huge mistake. I'll never come back. NEVER AGAIN!

What made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. I especially want to commend Jericho, who went above and beyond, stayed attentive and professional, and made sure every detail was right. His warmth and genuine care made us feel valued. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and the service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Thanks for making the experience memorable. We'll definitely return and recommend the place to our friends and family!

The indoor pool is 4-foot deep, fine for lounging and casual use, and it wasn't too crowded. There was renovation work in many hotel areas during our stay. It's a relatively dated building that's clearly seen better days, so guests should manage their expectations. Still, for its class the price is affordable and the location is premium, with good food offerings. Given the price point, I can't really argue. I'd recommend booking if you have business nearby and need somewhere for a day or two.

The room suits me because it's quiet and gives me the private time I value. Booking is convenient for me too, since I'm from outside Metro Manila. The service was good from the moment I arrived and checked in. I'll definitely come back if I have travel plans nearby.
