The room had cockroaches, which is especially concerning for customers with a baby or child. The bathroom was uncomfortable too, with a bad smell coming from the sink and no rags on hand, which could lead to an accident. We contacted the staff about the television, but they weren't accommodating and never fixed the problem. The place itself is nice.
We've been returning customers for two years, staying at both Spring and Winter Hotel. The service and accommodations at Spring Hotel are excellent, and the staff and front desk team are friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the management and staff for keeping the experience great.
There should be rags or floor mats in the rooms, especially by the bathroom door, so splashed water doesn't spread across the floor.
Spring Hotel was very comfortable and good value for the money, with a great location and service. The staff were friendly and everything was nice. My boyfriend and I would pick it again, and next time I'd bring my whole family. I'd definitely recommend it. Thank you!
