My flight got in late, and reaching them on WhatsApp made things easier. The receptionist checked me in promptly after midnight and handled checkout quickly the next morning. It’s a good budget business hotel with the standard inclusions and really helpful staff.

I booked one night before a run-for-a-cause with a friend the next day at UP Diliman. Our standard room was clean and okay, though breakfast choices are limited because the hotel doesn’t have an in-house chef. What concerned me more was how often the receptionist left the desk unattended when no one was checking in. There was security staff at the entrance, but leaving reception unattended still seems like a bad practice.

Fersal Hotel was comfortable and hassle-free for me. The room was clean, cozy, and had the essentials, and I found the location convenient for the price. Staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure I had what I needed. I’d recommend it!

The property and amenities were disappointing, even though the staff were courteous. Our 2 bedroom family room was booked for 18 days, but they wouldn’t let us check in around 9am without charging 1000.000, despite the room already being available. Our flight landed at 530am. I’ve worked at a hotel, and places we’d stayed before tried to accommodate requests like this, especially for a longer booking. It didn’t feel hospitable. There was no microwave, the vault was broken, the shower was always hot, and the upstairs aircon was so noisy I couldn’t sleep. There was no laundry or iron, and the wifi was mostly weak. These seem like basic hotel necessities, even for a place that isn’t 5 star. I don’t think we’ll book here again or recommend it.

The booking got mixed up in their system: we’d reserved a deluxe room with a queen-sized bed, but they had us down for two single beds. The manager quickly fixed it and gave us the room we’d booked, which I appreciated. The location is convenient, close to groceries, restaurants, and transportation, and the employees were very nice and greeted us with a smile. The space was good for the price. I noticed the table was missing the flower vase shown in the photo. It’s a small detail, but would’ve been a nice touch. The stay was pleasant, though more amenities would help, and a mini park would be a nice addition.
