The staff and crew were friendly, helpful, and quick to handle our needs. The hotel must have looked premium in its early days, but it's old now. Our room was big, though parts of the walls had mold buildup and the window grills were rusty. It needs refurbishment. I spent my quarantine days here after arriving from abroad.

The entrance has a nice ambiance, and the nearby places are cool, especially at night. The food wasn't really to my taste, but I loved the coffee. There are two elevators, though I preferred taking the stairs. The nearby spots make it a nice place to stay.

We stayed overnight because the hotel was close to our wedding venue and church. The bathroom in our room was clean and spacious. The bedside lamp was unplugged when we checked in and looked old and dusty, but it was manageable. My family and friends enjoyed the tasty breakfast. I didn't, since my mind was occupied with anticipation and excitement about the special occasion.

It's 25 years old and a bit dated, but it has the good things you'd expect from an older hotel: enormous rooms, carpeting, a nice big bed, great aircon, and all amenities included. The freebies were a nice extra, with breakfast, complimentary drinks, and even a free 10 minute back massage. Staff were friendly, though a bit slow. Great hotel, worth every centavo.

The staff were great, and finding the place and parking was easy. I got there at 8:30am for the buffet, which runs until 10, but some dishes were already gone. There was a good choice of bread and the basic egg options for vegetarians, though I expected more variety. The dining area felt a little dim. I probably wouldn’t return.
