In busy Cubao, the location was handy: Jollibee is next door, there are a couple of 7-11s within walking distance, and the transit train is easy to reach. The front desk staff and housekeeping guys were polite and helpful, and everything was clean. For the price, the room was exactly what I needed, simple and basic. The air conditioning worked well once I turned on the master switch beside the light switches in the bedside stand. It cooled so effectively that I had to turn it down. I had a great experience and fully recommend Astrotel to budget-conscious travelers. Thank you Astrotel 👍🏼

The rooms were clean, the staff courteous, and Astrotel Cubao is conveniently close to transport hubs and shopping areas. My stay was comfortable, though the value could be better. Rates seem a bit high compared with similar budget hotels nearby. Lower prices on off-peak days or for longer visits could make the place more appealing to students, backpackers, and other travelers watching their budgets. Weekday offers, seasonal packages, or loyalty rewards might also bring people back. Deals with nearby restaurants or cafes could add value, too.

Smoking is allowed inside the premises, which is disgusting for people sharing rooms. The staff were accommodating, but I didn't get my discount card back after checkout. Maybe they're afraid of people like me who tell the truth.

The housekeeping team kept the room immaculate, and it was spacious with great amenities. The staff made me feel at home the whole time. The hotel exceeded what I expected.

Mark was a huge help with my baggage and was helpful throughout the stay. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, greeting me with a good morning or good evening whenever we crossed paths. I felt welcome and comfortable, especially for the reasonable price. I’d book here again when I’m in the area.
