MoRue's Den is close to the beach and has a beautiful dive spot, so it’s a nice mix of quiet and activity. The welcoming atmosphere struck me as soon as I arrived. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make the visit enjoyable. I’d recommend this peaceful getaway to beach lovers and divers alike, and I can’t wait to return.

The room was what I expected, and breakfast was included and delicious. What really made the stay was how kind our host was. He kept trying to make us comfortable, and even rented me his motorbike at a fair price. A very satisfying stay.

This is my regular hostel whenever I’m in Mabini, Batangas. It’s only a three-minute walk to the beach, and there’s a large outdoor space where you can relax among nature. The sleeping area is comfortable, and their meal packages are affordable and satisfying, so it’s easy to enjoy the stay.

A good fit for backpackers, groups of friends, or the whole family. The food is great, and the package is worth getting. Restrooms are in both indoor and outdoor options, and there’s a rinse area for scuba and freediving gear, which is a big plus. You can let them know about requests, like no fish. It’s also a nice place to ground yourself. Watch out for mosquitoes at night and bring repellent. It’s the province, not Manila. I’d highly recommend it.

We had a great time. Everyone was really friendly and thoughtful, played trivia with us, and showed us a perfect place to snorkel.
