I liked the corner unit for its extra privacy and light, but there were several problems. The lift was broken, so I had to keep calling the front desk to get access. The unit felt dated, there were ants, I had to ask for a blanket, and there were no local TV channels. It needs some maintenance and updating. This is an honest account of my actual stay, not lies or misinformation. Reviews are meant to share real guest experiences so hosts and future guests can make informed choices. Positive or negative feedback should be handled constructively and professionally. Criticism isn’t a personal attack, it comes with the job and can be a chance to improve. I’m not trying to disrespect the unit I rented. I’m sharing what happened and stand by the accuracy of my review. Hosts and guests should keep professionalism at the heart of their interactions.

The location was good, but that’s about the only positive. The lift wasn’t working properly, and you had to call staff to bring it to your floor. It could take a long time. The room smelled terrible and had bugs everywhere. The room was very dirty, the sheets had blood marks and didn’t feel clean, and the shower head was mouldy. At check-in they require a 2000PHP deposit, which is fine, but they only accept cash or credit card, not debit. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. A terrible experience.

The location is the one bright spot, just a few yards from Greenbelt 5. I stayed here 15 years ago and remembered it fondly, but the place now feels old and needs serious renovation. There was a bad smell in both the lobby and check-in room, which made for a poor first impression. The rooms are somewhat comfortable, with a fridge and stove, but I’d rather have a modern-looking hotel room than those unnecessary appliances and old furniture. Using the elevator is a whole thing: you have to call the concierge and ask them to stop it at your floor. What a joke. It was very cheap, but I won’t return unless they do a full renovation to meet 2026 standards.

I booked an Airbnb because this place is near the mall and cheaper, since it’s old. Glad I only used the room to store my things for a while. Only one elevator works, and it takes ages. You have to call first before waiting, so some guests just use the stairs. I’d book somewhere else next time.

The rooms are showing their age, and the towel in mine had holes. At least the AC, cable, and WiFi worked well. As others have said, you have to use the phone in your room to call the elevator, and the controls seem to have been disabled. It’s a hassle when you need to get downstairs quickly, and could be dangerous in an emergency. On checkout day I finally took the stairs after waiting 15 minutes. Both elevators had passed my floor three times, and the hallway intercom wasn’t working.
