SMDC Coast Residences - Entire 1BR Condo with stunning view from 24th Floor

The unit has a great view, and the elevators are quick and spacious. There’s a mini-mart just outside, and the guards make SMDC feel secure. Sound from the living room carries noticeably to the balcony, and sometimes the kitchen sink smells unpleasant. Still, it’s a decent option for the location.

With its Roxas Boulevard location, SMDC Coast Residences offers convenient access to major spots like the Mall of Asia and CCP Complexes. The condos have a modern feel, and the Manila Bay views are beautiful, especially at sunset. A good fit if you want city convenience alongside the scenery.

The only nice thing was the view from up high. I was in room 4114, aka Cozy Easy Escape, and the stay and service were awful. Check-in took an hour even though I arrived for my appointment time. The heater didn’t work for the first two days, and even after it started working the water stayed cold. The pool costs extra, and when I asked for permission I still wasn’t allowed in. The apartment was very dirty, with hair and insects everywhere. There were no toiletries or basic amenities, not even toilet paper, and no AC in the room. I was told the water was drinkable, but I got diarrhea after drinking it. Communication was poor, and they ignored all my problems. Worst experience ever.

A cozy, nice place with a pool, and it wasn’t too expensive.
