The room was clean, with clean, comfortable bedding, centralized AC, Wi-Fi, a TV I didn’t get around to turning on, hot water, towels, and basic toiletries. I came from Cebu City for an in-person class at AIM, and the rates were pretty cheap compared with other places nearby. The building is a bit old and was undergoing some renovation work. I got in late and was really just there overnight before class the next day, so I didn’t check out the other amenities. The staff were nice and even pointed me toward the nearest convenience store when I needed to buy personal items. Breakfast wasn’t included. I looked at the café by reception, but it seemed to have only pastries and cakes, so I was glad there were lots of other establishments close by. I had breakfast at a nearby McDonalds.

The rooms feel old, which makes sense for a long-standing building. Service was good, and you can walk to nice places like the big mall and some unique stores.

I was here for a training, and the drinking water tasted like it had mold in it. I realized it was probably stored for a long time and hadn’t been replaced for the event. I also don’t understand the no outside food or drinks rule. The coffee at their café was bad and expensive. Just let people enjoy their good coffee in peace, please.

For a meeting or conference in Makati, this place was convenient, with hotels, restaurants, and transport options nearby. The function rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with modern audiovisual equipment and reliable Wi-Fi. Staff were professional, accommodating, and quick to help, which made things run smoothly. The in-house catering was excellent too, with a variety of tasty meals and snacks for different tastes. Some rooms could use a more modern, inviting interior design. Even so, the facilities work well and the service is good. AIM Conference Center in Manila is a reliable, convenient choice for professional gatherings.

The venue is nice, though a little dated, and it could use some renovation here and there. There’s no public transport nearby, so be prepared to take a taxi or walk.
