ARZO Hotel Premier

Booked for 14 days and I'm totally happy with how it went! The staff were professional and courteous, and I owe them an apology for arriving stressed after the airport hassle. Finding a ride was a mess, with scammers and con artists everywhere, even among Grab drivers. Some drivers wanted 1500 php, but I finally got to the hotel for only 200 php. The hot shower was working well during the day. There were roaches and bugs in the room, yes, but fewer than in most hotels in philippines. Much respect to everyone there. Safe travels 😊

The rooms feel new, the linens smell fresh, and the WiFi works well.

The room at Arzo Hotel Premier was a real letdown, especially for the price. There were no windows, the AC barely worked, the beds were uncomfortable, and we couldn't get hot water. The place was noisy and smelled bad. I expected more after being asked for a deposit of around $30, but there was nothing in that room worth protecting with a deposit. We'd first gone to Arzo Hotel to ask about a room. The receptionist there warned us the rooms were really bad and that we wouldn't like them, then suggested their other hotel, Premier, saying it was more spacious and luxurious. We were surprised by the warning, but walked over to check it out. This was the worst experience, and we're really disappointed.

The room had pests, and the hotel was tucked away in an alley. Most of the people there were locals, so I don't think it's really aimed at tourists. Thanks especially to joseph at the front desk for arranging a car booking and pointing us toward cheap souvenirs.
