The room was clean, and my stay was pretty good. The air conditioner made a sound that wasn't very loud, but it felt kind of creepy. Service could've been better too. I tried testing the staff, but nobody came.

Great for the price. I'll be back next time for sure, thanks.

The front desk officer was unprofessional, and check-in was the worst. I went into the wrong room because the layout was so confusing. The check-in desk is two blocks away, and both the rooms and elevators are old and scary.

The room had a nice ambience, and the staff were friendly with good service. I thought the hotel was okay, though I'd like some facilities updated. The elevators especially need improvement.

For the price, it's okay, especially given the location in the heart of Makati business district. It's a condo set up like a hotel, though the amenities feel old. Only one elevator was working for the 26-floor building.
