I had to check out a day early because the hygiene conditions were unacceptable. I was made to stay a second night against my will because I couldn't find another hotel at 2:40 a.m. During two days, I changed rooms three times, each time after being told this was an “isolated case.” That wasn't true: dozens of cockroaches were crawling everywhere in every room. The hotel is severely infested with cockroaches and insects. The front desk did nothing to resolve it, and although the manager personally promised me twice that I'd get a clean room, it never happened. I strongly suspect dishonest practices. The hotel refused the dispute on Booking, didn't record my early checkout even though I'd clearly requested it and had it confirmed, and issued no refund. This was shocking and unacceptable, and the rating is deeply misleading. I'm still expecting an immediate, exemplary response from Booking and a full refund. Avoid this hotel.

We arrived late, but the staff still greeted us warmly and had everything ready. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had all we needed for a good night's sleep. Breakfast costs extra, but it was delicious and well worth it. The dining area has a stunning view, which made for a relaxing start to the day. We stayed one night, had a great experience, and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

We felt refreshed and ready for the next leg of our trip after our stay at ASN Boutique Residence. We were there for a 12-hour layover between overnight flights, and the cool, quiet room was well appointed, with a very comfortable bed that let us get some sleep. The hotel driver was waiting when we came out of the terminal. Staff got us checked in and settled quickly, and checkout was fast too. The Grab Cab we requested arrived quickly for the ride back to the airport. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back on our next transit through Manila.

I slept soundly every night at ASN Boutique Residence, thanks in large part to the mattress and pillows, some of the most comfortable I've had in any hotel. It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood, a welcome break from busy central Manila. It's a little out of the way, but a quick taxi ride gets you into the heart of the action. The kind, friendly staff went above and beyond, and having a 24-hour front desk added to the sense of security. I appreciated the fresh, high-quality towels and Netflix on the bedroom TV for relaxing after exploring the city. Thoroughly impressed, and I'd highly recommend ASN Boutique Residence for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Manila. A hidden gem with a focus on comfort and detail.

The rooftop bar has a cozy atmosphere, and the new gym is amazing, with everything you could wish for. This was our best stay. The hotel is brand new and beautiful, with modern, stylish rooms that have everything you need and super comfortable beds. The cleaning is top notch, and the staff are so welcoming and sweet, always ready to help. Thanks, Alex!
