BSA Tower Serviced Residences

Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathtub didn't work, though, and we heard there were little critters in another room. We didn't see anything in ours. The price was reasonable, and the stay was good overall. BSA Tower is right in the heart of Makati, with shops nearby for anything you need. There's no lobby or waiting area for guests waiting to check in. We were lucky to wait at a neighbouring hotel.

The staff are really kind and helpful, and the night view is amazing. The price is reasonable, not expensive at all. There's a car service, but you have to book it at least two days before you need it since it's run by a third party. The location is the best. Two convenience stores are right next door, and Greenbelt is just across the road. Foot traffic is good, not too crowded. The place is a little old, but the rooms are still clean, if not well lit. Breakfast is available, with random "silog" meals each day. They're renovating now, so the wifi and telephone lines are down. They could use a wheelchair ramp along Legazpi St.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are big. But we waited more than an hour for them to get our room ready, which wasn't a good first impression. The rooms weren't very clean, especially the bathrooms, where there was mold in the filler between the tiles. Hot water isn't essential, but a steady supply would've been nice. I like long showers, and don't like shivering in cold water. The wifi wasn't great either, they needed to send two people to get our devices connected. I don't think I'll return, especially with better hotels just a few steps away.

Greenbelt is right next door, so the location was great. The service was absolutely horrible. You can't even leave the building unless a staff member lets you out with his key card. It made me feel like a caged dog. It was a family trip, but the hotel gave us only two towels for the bathroom and charged us when we needed one extra. We stayed four nights, yet they charged us for five. After going back and forth about it, we finally got a refund for one night.
