The room is spacious for the low price, and the desk staff are hospitable. The hotel has security and keeps its doors locked. There’s local food right across the street, and nearby you’ll find 7/11, an international deli and restaurant, and a great specialty coffee shop. Local baristas come there to learn about coffee culture.

The room was good and the staff were nice, but I’m giving two stars because they wouldn’t store my bag until my flight. They asked me to extend my stay just to keep it, even though my flight wasn’t until 7 pm. I’m sharing this so people with evening flights know what to expect. I’m sure they have their reasons for the policy.

The location and service are excellent, and the hallways are lovely. The bathroom was very clean, but the rooms have seen better days. Some wallpaper is starting to peel, there’s dirt on the walls, and I spotted a cockroach or two. It just wasn’t particularly nice.

It’s a pity, because the apartment could have been great. The location is good and the room is spacious, but there were cockroaches, mostly in the bathroom and elsewhere too. I put all my things on chairs and tables to lower the chance of them getting into my luggage.

I paid 2000 for one night, four times what any Southeast Asian country charges, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. The parking is locked with a chain, so you have to unload in the hot sun or rain. I had to do it in the rain with my baby. Check-in took forever because they made me fill out papers like I was buying a house. The room had no soap, hot water, drinking water, coffee, or kettle. I made three trips to 7/11 to buy things. The phone didn’t work when I answered, but they kept calling, so I had to go downstairs to find out what they wanted. Everything looks nice, but nothing works. The staff are low-paid zombies who follow rules like a dictatorship. It was a miserable stay.
