Fairmont Makati

I attended a corporate event at Fairmont Makati and had a great time. The ballroom was spacious and elegant, with modern audiovisual facilities. Staff were professional and accommodating, and the food service was excellent. Its central Makati location makes it a great place for conferences and formal events. Fairmont Makati is a luxury five-star hotel at 1 Raffles Drive, Makati Avenue, Ayala Center, beside Greenbelt and major business districts. Its elegant facilities and central location draw corporate conferences, government events, weddings and high-end social gatherings. It has around 1,700 square meters of event space, including a Grand Ballroom of about 900 square meters and several meeting rooms that can host hundreds of guests, depending on the setup.

My five-year-old especially loved the well-kept pool, a nice place to unwind. The staff were courteous and responsive throughout, from check-in to departure, and made us feel welcome. We were there for just two nights, but the room was clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, so it was easy to relax. The amenities also made the stay convenient. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, though the food was fairly average compared with the rest of the hotel’s standards and other local hotels. A little more variety or a few standout dishes would improve it. Thanks for a comfortable stay. I’d consider coming back.

Ken at the concierge was amazing, friendly and accommodating, and Aaron at the Front Desk made sure everything went smoothly on their end at check-in. The buffet restaurant and lounge staff were great too, catering to our orders when we had lunch and dinner there. Housekeeping, thanks for the best towel fold. My family spent a night at Fairmont Makati for my daughter’s birthday, and it was an amazing, memorable stay. Even for just one night, the staff made us feel at home. We’ll see you soon. 👍🤗

We’re already planning to come back for New Year 2026-27. We’ve stayed here before, in 2022, and love this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful all around, and no request feels too difficult. It’s close to excellent malls, and getting around is easy. Our room was fantastic, comfortable and well-maintained, with good views over parts of Manila. Special thanks to the welcoming team at Spectrum restaurant and Cafe Macron. They made the stay special with their care, support and sense of humor. The food was excellent and varied, and their special nights were wonderful.
