The location worked for me. There's a laundry shop, mini store, barber, and bakery around the corner, and it's a good fit if you like walking. The room was decent, with a hot and cold shower, though the pillows and duvet were flat. The door was hard to unlock with the key. There was no daily room service for stays under a week, and they collected rubbish only if requested. The Wi-Fi was very weak; for a three-day stay they gave me a passcode that expired, so I had to ask for another.

There are lots of power outlets, plus a fridge and security vault in the room. The pool and roof deck are nice places to relax, and the staff were friendly and provided good service. It's accessible if you're on a tight budget and want to be near BGC, Makati, or even Manila. My only complaint was the moldy smell in the room. The painting on the wall looked like it had mold too, which could be a health hazard if you're staying several days. Still, I'd recommend it for an overnight stay.

The room was fine, nothing special, and the service was decent. Being so close to BGC is a real plus. We kept asking about the Wi-Fi when it went out on our last day, but no technician ever came to fix it. Still, if you're traveling on a budget, the place isn't bad.

The sheets were stained and gross, and the AC smelled like socks. There were bugs and mold everywhere. I don't know if they ever really clean this horrible place. You could clearly hear people outside the door, and it even sounded like they were opening your door sometimes because the noise was so loud.

The TV was in an odd spot and hard to watch from bed, but the stay was still comfortable and worth the money. I was there for three days, and the room was clean, with cold AC and good insulation. They provided amenities and the Wi-Fi worked, though it wasn't very fast. BGC is nearby, but you'll still need a Grab or Angkas.
