For more than 2,000 PHP a night, I didn't think this was worth it. The elevator kept needing a call to the front desk so it could be sent to our floor whenever we wanted to go down. The Wi-Fi and TV weren't working either, and there was an old, musty smell throughout the place. At least the room had working AC, a fridge, and a hot shower, and it was decent enough. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the location is very convenient, close to Greenbelt and Ayala Triangle Gardens.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and booking.com prices are fair for what you get. The view isn't great and the furnishings are old, but that's understandable. What really needs attention is the elevator situation: one lift is out of order, and for the other you have to call reception and wait for someone to send it to your floor. It's very inconvenient, and from other comments it sounds like this has been going on a long time. This hotel could be a real winner in the Makati area if they fixed the elevators and offered complimentary service water like other hotels in the Philippines. Then, I think, it would get five-star ratings every time.

The location is the one real plus, just a few yards from Greenbelt 5. I stayed here 15 years ago and had good memories, but the place is now outdated and needs a serious renovation. There's a bad smell in both the lobby and check-in room, which makes for an unpleasant first impression. The rooms are somewhat comfortable and have a fridge and stove, but I'd rather have a modern-looking hotel room than those appliances and old furniture. And since you'll need the elevator, be ready to call the concierge and ask them to stop it at your floor. What a joke. Even though it was really cheap, I wouldn't return unless they do a full renovation to meet 2026 standards.

It's an old place, which is why it's cheaper. I booked it because it was near the mall and only used the room to store my things temporarily while staying at an Airbnb. Only one elevator works, it takes too long, and you have to call before waiting for it. Some guests use the stairs instead. I'll book somewhere else next time.

The corner unit gave us extra privacy and nice light, but there were several issues: the broken lift meant repeated calls to the front desk, the unit felt outdated, there were ants, I had to ask for a blanket, and there was no local TV channel. Some maintenance and updates are clearly needed. This is an honest account of my experience, based on facts, not lies or misinformation. Reviews are meant to reflect what guests actually experience so hosts and future guests can make informed decisions. Feedback, whether positive or negative, should be received constructively and professionally. Providing accommodation also means offering respectful, consistent customer service. Criticism isn't a personal attack, it's part of the job and a chance to improve. I don't mean to disrespect the unit I rented. I stand by what I wrote, and believe professionalism should be at the heart of host and guest interactions.
