I booked a room for the night of 14-15 February 2026 and paid in full. I arrived late after coming directly from the airport, delayed by long immigration lines and heavy Valentine’s night traffic between Pasay and Makati. I had called ahead to tell the staff I'd be checking in late, and they said that was okay. When my companion and I got there, around 2 am, they said the property was fully booked and had given away my reservation. They marked me as a “no-show” even though I arrived in person and had notified them by phone and email. Staff said the booking platform had “automatically cancelled” it, but my app still showed the reservation as completed and paid. I suspect the morning shift hadn't passed the information on to the next staff. We were left stranded in Poblacion in the middle of the night and couldn't find another place to stay. They haven't replied to my email about a refund either. If I could give zero stars, I would. They ruined our night!

For a budget hotel, the customer service was five-star. The room and amenities were clean, and the location made points of interest easy to reach. I gave it a try and wasn't disappointed. I'll definitely come back.

The furniture feels a little old-fashioned, but it's perfectly fine for the price. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with, and you get solid value for your money. Poblacion is only a few minutes away, so nightlife is right next door 😉

I was here for over two months, and the place made my time in the Philippines even better. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I'm an introvert, but they still made me feel welcome, almost at home. The room, view, location, and service were all worth the price. Alhamdulillah, it was a really great experience. It's near the church and eateries, and since vehicles don't use this route, it's quieter than other hotels in Poblacion. The room is decent for the price, with hot and cold shower settings and lots of outlets. There's shampoo and body wash, but no soap or floor mat outside the CR. You can hear noise from outside. One service issue: they can't accept GCash for the deposit.
