They don't even provide hair dryers. I paid $100 for four nights, and it felt like they charged for everything without covering basic necessities. For the same price, I think people can find much better hotels, so I really recommend avoiding this one. Communication was terrible too. They didn't respond on Agoda, and the phone number listed there was fake. I couldn't find any other way to reach them to ask about early check-in. I contacted Agoda about a refund, but they said there was nothing they could do because the hotel made the booking non-refundable and I had to deal with the hotel myself. The staff told me they would never refund me. I spoke with another guest who said the staff seemed to be all men. She and other women guests had to go to the mall to wash and blow-dry their hair. What kind of hotel makes you go to another business to wash your hair?

The property seems to have been recently renovated, and the rooms are spacious and clean with a nice ambiance. The staff are helpful. I'd definitely book again.

The room is spacious, and the gentleman with glasses was friendly. That's about all I liked. The pillow was so thin it was practically nonexistent, and the shower barely worked. You had only five seconds to adjust before the water turned scalding or freezing, with no way to control the hot water. Apparently all the rooms are like that 😅. At €20 per day, the price is high for this level of service. I don't usually write reviews like this, but definitely don't go!
