The room was clean, but the service was poor. We had a supreme room with two beds and only one shampoo. The TV didn’t work because the cable provider was down, and despite the menu, there was no room service. The front desk didn’t answer our calls either. It’s also quite far from the city center, so the location wasn’t great.

The room was spacious and really clean, and the staff were quick to respond whenever we had a concern. I especially want to thank the two women at reception, I think they were Jlu and Rose. They were awesome, the kindest receptionists we’ve met. I loved everything about this hotel!

There’s a 7/11 on the ground floor, a caffee upstairs on the top floor, and international restaurants across the street. In the room, I liked the extra lighting because it made the space bright enough to read in. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable.

There’s a 7/11 downstairs and restaurants close by, and the hotel is very affordable. The lobby ladies are easy to talk to, though you shouldn’t expect grand service. We love this place. It feels like home to me and my hobby.

We’ve stayed here lots of times. It’s one of the best hotels, and I highly recommend it.
