I especially enjoyed the scenery, both from the room and at the rooftop bar, which was a lovely spot to unwind. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were friendly and very helpful during my stay. I also appreciated how clean and well maintained the onsen, sauna, pool, and other facilities were. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

I was uneasy about the buffet's food handling during my seven-night stay. Hot food sat over burners that weren't lit, and cut fruit was left on dry platters without ice. Those are basic hygiene steps for a hotel of this caliber. The room at I’m Hotel, on the other hand, was modern, clean, and very comfortable. I'd enjoy the stay, but skip the buffet until management sorts out the temperature controls.

I keep coming back to I'm Hotel whenever I'm in the Philippines, and its spot in the heart of the Makati Central Business District makes getting around the city easy. Paulo addressed my security concerns and made several positive changes to staff attitudes. Trish, Emman, and AZ deserve a special mention for their customer service. They recognize returning guests, greet you with a smile, and make you feel welcome. For couples, I recommend the Premier Suite: it has a good balance of space and comfort, plus a private balcony, for a great value.

We booked the 24-hour promo since we knew we’d arrive late, and it gave us plenty of flexibility to enjoy the stay without rushing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel had a relaxing, modern feel. Staff were courteous and accommodating, making check-in and checkout easy. It was a pleasant, hassle-free stay and good value for travelers arriving at unusual hours. We’d definitely consider coming back.

The view from the 21st floor was surreal, and the rooftop bar is worth checking out. The second-floor pool was a nice place to unwind, and the shower had amazing water pressure. You're close to plenty of bars and restaurants, though be aware there will be a lot of ladies of the night. What a beautiful hotel!
