Balayong Park, Mitra Sports Complex, Palawan State University, and the Provincial Police Office are all within walking distance. Mitras Ranch, Bakers Hill, Butterfly Garden, and Eco Park are nearby too. There's a single ride along the road to the city transport terminal, and one ride to the airport.
