The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a great time, with spacious, comfortable rooms and a rooftop pool that was a nice bonus. There's also a gym, which I enjoyed using, and a buffet breakfast. The hotel is conveniently close to restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores.

The front desk service was okay, though a warmer welcome and more engagement with guests would have improved the stay. The room had a cabinet but no hangers, which would've been helpful. Drinking water isn't in the room, but there's a dispenser in the hallway if you don't mind stepping out for it. The bathroom was very clean and felt well maintained. It had a bidet, full toiletries, and a built-in hair dryer, all useful for travelers. Privato Hotel Makati was otherwise a clean, practical place to stay in the city. A few small improvements to the service and room details could make the experience better.

It's a smaller hotel, but the layout makes good use of the space, so it doesn't feel cramped. A nice choice for a quick city break or an affordable stay in Makati. Kudos to Hk team for keeping it so clean and well maintained!

We came here just to slow down after a very busy month. The hotel has quiet spaces where you can rest without feeling you need to make plans or fill every minute. Sleeping in felt like the right itinerary. It's still a city hotel, but it didn't leave us feeling even more worn out. I'm glad we found a place that let us pause without asking much of us.

We've booked Privato several times for my family. The rooms are clean and the staff are accommodating. We'll definitely be back ❤️.
