I rented in this old condominium for two years, and the facilities are well maintained. I want to commend the guards, maintenance team, receptionists, and all the staff. They’re all very accommodating. There’s a kid-friendly pool and a gym with a sauna, yes, a huge sauna where you can relax after working up a sweat. It’s a great place to stay, with a park, supermarket, and restaurants nearby.

The place is quiet, and the condo units are spacious. The pool is amazing, though really cold, and the gym has basic equipment.

Being so close to Glorietta and the other malls was the best part. The place felt a little cramped, though. Great location.

The location right beside GreenBelt is excellent, and it's a nice place to stay. My only real gripe was the outdoor pool: it's covered, so it gets too cold. Also, when you stand by it in the sun, drops from the air-conditioning units above fall on you. I didn't mind at first, but then one landed on my lip and I started wondering about the water quality.

The central location worked well for a few days in the city, and the pool was good. We booked through Airbnb and had a few hiccups getting in. The rooms are tiny and you can hear noise through the walls; the changing rooms aren't great either. It's a condo with an interesting mix of people.
