I booked two weeks before arriving, but on the day I got there, a woman named rosa told me I couldn't have the room because the property had changed ownership. OYO hadn't emailed me about any problem with the reservation. I asked them to find another hotel and cover the difference, or refund me and add something for the trouble. They only offered a refund and said finding another hotel was my problem. A very bad experience.

No room when I arrived, and there was nobody to talk to. I'm still waiting for my money back, and Agoda isn't responding either. A miserable holiday if you book here. Shit hotel.

I arrived and couldn't check in. Mr. Jeremy, the Agoda Manager in charge of Makati / Manila, Philippines, said the price had changed between my website booking and the current rate. He offered to let me pay extra, saying it would be fully refundable if I couldn't accept the new price. I still haven't received that refund.

Horrible service and a terrible hotel. I didn't read the earlier reviews before booking, so I guess that was my mistake. Please don't book here, it ruined my holiday.

I booked about six weeks ahead, but they canceled a month later, less than two weeks before my stay. They told me the hotel was full despite how early I had booked. Unreliable. Shame.
