The first aider who helped me during my stay deserves special thanks. She treated me with care and respect, then went with me to the clinic to make sure the doctor attended to me properly. I was moved enough to offer her a treat outside and a tip, but she politely declined. I admired her patience, professionalism, and dedication. I was honestly surprised by how warmly the staff treated me, especially as a foreigner. They checked in with me and asked about their service, and my room was clean. The food was served well, and the hospitality felt both professional and sincere. The care from the team made the visit unforgettable and even emotional for me. Thank you to management for guiding the staff to serve with such heart. If I return to the Philippines, I'll stay here again and gladly recommend the hotel to family and friends. I hope more guests come, because you deserve it. I'll always remember how memorable you made my trip.

I was there for one night ahead of an early flight near the airport, and the stay left a lasting impression. The woman who carried my luggage greeted me with a warm smile and offered to help. She was petite, but had a strong, confident personality. When I tried to tip her, she refused and said it was their responsibility to make sure I felt comfortable. Check-in was pleasant too, thanks to the front office staff's calm, welcoming voice. I especially enjoyed the delicious beef tapa in the dining area. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

One of the women on staff ran after me at checkout to return the iPhone charger I'd left behind. She was honest and kind, and sent me off with a warm smile and wishes for a safe trip. My son and I stayed on the 2nd floor and had a wonderful time. We slept well, and the staff made sure our needs in the room were taken care of. They were accommodating and always greeted us with smiles. Thanks for making the stay comfortable and happy. My son was very happy with how well we were looked after right through checkout. ❤❤

For somewhere affordable near the Makati business district, this place and St. Illian's Inn have both given me good value for the money. I've stayed at several hotels around there, and I'm a frequent visitor here. The rooms are spacious, with hot water, cool aircon, free internet, and basic TV channels. Several malls and the business district are nearby. It's clean, budget friendly, and quiet. Just don't expect a fancy, very modern hotel.

The cafe is small and quaint, and they'll make good food on request. I liked this as a quiet place to detach, unplug, and relax. For the price, the rooms feel posh, with a special glass sliding door in each one that helps soundproof it. The whole place has the feel of a bed-and-breakfast, and it's an excellent, relatively inexpensive hideaway in the city.
