The main problem for me is the bar by the parking area downstairs. It gets noisy at night, and I can still hear it from the 25th floor, which sometimes makes it hard to sleep. I currently live here, and otherwise it’s a good place to stay. The facilities are well maintained, including swimming pools and a gym that are convenient and enjoyable to use. Management keeps the shared areas clean and organized. The security guards are friendly and helpful, which makes me feel safe and comfortable.

Not worth the price. There are better options for less, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

The soundproofing is poor, the sewage is dirty, and I got a cockroach as a housewarming gift. There’s a night market nearby with really loud music, and a band was still playing past 11 PM on Wednesday.

Passby, up on level 5 by the pool, was a nice spot for a drink and something to eat. It’s closed on Sundays. Serenity Suites is a great place to stay.
