I wouldn’t recommend renting here. I only recently started renting and hadn’t known about the unreasonable rules. Admin and security demand a lot of documents whenever you leave. Even if you’re just away for a day with luggage, you need a gate pass. There’s also a vacation pass, so you have to ask permission before leaving, like you work there.

Clean, bright corridors and cheerful, courteous reception and security staff. The location is great too, just a few minutes on foot from my favorite Makati spots: Jaime Velasquez park, Ayala Triangle Gardens, and Common Room PH- Mess Studio.

There’s been a ceiling leak for months, and the administration still hasn’t repaired it. Their engineer and maintenance staff have checked it over and over, but the leak continues and got worse around Christmas. Management is incompetent, and the administration staff aren’t willing to communicate. I wonder how much longer they’ll take to actually do something.

They run tests on their genset during weekday office hours, and it’s really loud. How are they getting away with macea on this?

I came for dinner at one of the ground-floor restaurants, but the basement parking shuts at 8pm even though all the restaurants stay open until 10pm. The mall security rules are unreasonable. 🤦🏽
