The location is very accessible, right in front of G.Puyat ave, with convenience stores and fast-food places nearby. Parking is secured, and the service from parking through pool access was superb. The room was very cheap for its good quality, and there were amenities to use. The one problem was the upstairs CR: the hot and cold shower, really the whole shower, wasn't working, and nobody mentioned that during the room check before booking, LOL. Highly recommended ❤️

We had a good short stay after checking in unexpectedly with friends. For the price, I think it's good, and now I know where I could stay if I just need somewhere to sleep. The Wi-Fi had no internet connection, though, and the bathroom smelled like cigarette.

The rooftop pool was great, and the location worked well for me, close to MOA and plenty of restaurants. Check-in was easy. A staff member turned on the AC before I arrived, so I walked into a cool room, even though I did wait about five minutes at reception while he did that. The room has its own electric hot-water system, so I could set the temperature and didn't run out mid-shower. I had the cheapest room. It came with a large TV, very fast internet, a bathroom, table, kitchenette, fridge, AC, and a queen bed. My Speedtest was 400/400 locally and 100/100 back to AU. The room could use cosmetic work, like fresh paint and wall patching. The shower hose leaked and needed refitting, as you often find in cheaper hotels, but it was usable. I'd stay again for the price and pool. Without the pool, I'd pick somewhere quieter off the main road, such as Guijo Suites, at a similar price, with more modern and comfortable rooms. I still can't upload photos to my reviews here, which is a shame.

There was some useful space, a balcony, and a large fridge with a mini kitchen, but the interior quality ranged from poorly maintained to dilapidated. The elevator was too small, the staff weren't very friendly, the bathroom sink smelled, the curtains were dirty and didn't block light, and the AC was loud. The linens were dirty and the closet didn't work. Worst of all, there were bed bugs. Parking also wasn't complimentary for hotel guests. On a two-day business trip, I had to pay for three days because the parking clock reset at midnight. I complained to the guard, saying it made no sense when hotel guests are staying overnight to sleep. He said management would deduct the extra day from their salary if I didn't pay it. The daily rate was Php 1,500 plus a 500 deposit. Parking was Php 150 per day, only until midnight, then another 150. One of the worst places I've stayed.
